As another person said... we got the Nest as part of a boiler deal. There is no monthly charge etc. I am baffled at some comments about this all costing extra money??? We already have iPhones.
So surely the only extra money I’m going to have to pay now is for my google home mini.
    Is that correct?

    Thanks all.

you don't need google home mini you can control just from app. nest costs approx £200 so you have paid for it in the mark up of the boiler. the bg deal allows you to pay for hive monthly to spread the cost

Get a boiler from an independent and haggle for the control to be thrown in. That's what I did, saved me £200 for Vaillants own system.:)
As I said, the fact it works with Google Home is just a bonus.

As much as it might pain you.....No they didn't. That's why you check the prices, so that you know it wasn't.;) You would check, wouldn't you? It's not difficult....:)
