Has anyone a recommendation?

The only one on the Sydney airport site is Redy2go but recently (on Tripadvisor) they have been panned.

The train is very easy, right at the station.

If there are more than two of you a taxi can seem good value.

Have recently been to Sydney and then a cruise around OZ. The transfers were arranges by my Travel agent and used several companies.
We used http://www.jclimousines.com.au/ from Sydney airport to our hotel. Driver was there waiting for us and we traveled in a nice limo with complimentary bottles of water.

When we transferred from the hotel to the airport again (internal flight to Perth) we had Redy2go. Small mini-bus with too many people and luggage. The driver did apologize and said that he should have been given a larger vehicle.

Don't know how much JC Limos charge, but we were very pleased with their service.

+1 for the train. Direct from Circular Quay, reliable and not expensive.
