Just been hit with a parking charge notice

From the notorious peel centre car park at stockport,

Ive been reading some threads, also about the one guy whom won his appeal by purchasing pregnancy supplements and another one without a known outcome,

Both of these dated back to 2016. so its 12 months plus later now, Normally I ignore these private car parking company charges as I last ignored one a few years ago and nothing ever came of it.

So, has anything changed?

Do I phone them up and tell them I'm not paying like I did last time or do I have to go through some sort of procedure to appeal?

I only went to nando's for something to eat. at the time. ive been noted to have been parked for 45 minutes.
It was all done on a ANPR with little black and white photos.

The letter is a PCN and Notice to keeper by excel parking and an IPC accredited operator.

So, where should I go from here?

No phoning anyone. If it's the Peel Centre, email the Peel Centre Managers to complain.

In the end in 2018, to your local court to defend a claim from BW Legal, we suspect. We almost always win. You can see why it's best to get the Peel Centre Managers to cancel it - be an ANGRY customer.
