Please can somebody help me?
I need to report an error on my credit report through the mse credit club. The FAQs say that I have to do this via the "Need Some Help" section on the credit report tab. However, I cannot find such a section on this tab, or on any other tab! I emailed Experian direct, but got a reply saying I had to use the aforementioned section! I then emailed creditclub-report@experian.co.uk, but it seems emails to this address do not get looked at by real person, they just receive an automatic acknowledgement saying to contact them through the "Need Some Help" section - aarrgh!
Is there anyone who can direct me in a very simple and detailed manner to the "Need Some Help" section please?
Many thanks in advance.

I can't see that button either.
But - Experian should still be able to assist you as the data generated from the Credit Club is pulled from them directly0 -
Hi mamazaac,
Thanks for your message and you'll find the "need some help" option in the Credit Report section of the club. When you contact Experian directly, it's only able to assist its Credit Expert users. But you can raise a query through the club. Here's a step by step guide on how to do this.
> Next to each account in your report, you'll see an arrowto expand the account info or you can click "Expand all" to show all your accounts.
> Once expanded, in each account, you'll then find the ‘Need some help’ button. It will look like this:
If you click through the options, you’ll be able to raise an online query and send this through to Experian.
Experian will then look into this with the lender or organisation who provides it with this record. This can take a little while to investigate, but you should hear back from Experian to your registered Credit Club email address within 28 days.
I hope this helps.0 -
Thanks Chris,
I have just looked and you don't actually need to click on the expand arrow to see the "Need some help?" icon.
I clicked on Credit Report and then Personal information and the Need some help? icon is on the right hand side half way down the first page.
PS: I do see, though, that specific account queries need to be accessed via the expand button to be reported to Experian.0
