Boiler restart and click

I've just moved into a new house with a combi Boiler 8 years old.
I had a service and safety check done with no problems found, but every time that the heating is on, I hear the boiler working normally for few minutes, then I hear the boiler restarting followed by a "tick". The problem doesn't occur if only the hot water is hot.
The boiler is a glow worm betacom2 24c
Any advice, please?
