Thinking of changing tariff with FU and their cheapest for me is one that comes with a smart meter.
Will this be a first generation one or have they moved on?.
Thinking of taking out a new fix due to spike in gas prices.
4kWp, South facing, 16 x phono solar panels, Solis inverter, Lincolnshire.

Probably an incentive so that they can get rid of their SMETS1 smart meters which are 1st gen things.

One question at this stage. Why?

If your existing tariff is coming to an end, why not look at the whole of market rather than just tariffs offered by your existing supplier?

Do you even want a smart meter?
