After some advice here if poss
Neighbour is in the process of having a ground floor and side fill extension done.
They're very nice and we've spoken already about a PWA, which they are happy to put in place before the foundations are dug they said.
Issue is that we have noticed some hairline cracks in the plaster on our side of the party wall already, and also they're builders have damaged a brick wall that divides our garden, much like a fence does.
Hard to explain but it essentially sits where the first fence panel that divides both gardens nearest our properties would be, but for whatever reason the previous owners decided a brick wall was preferred.
How would you approach the conversation with them about the damage?

I'm not sure what PWA is. Google is telling me it's a progressive web app.
Hairline cracks wouldn't bother me and are to be expected if dealing with walls and foundations.
Once the work is done a bit of filler and paint will touch up.
You could ask them to do this if you want.
For the brick wall, who owns it? If it's theirs they can damage it if they want.
If it's yours you could say did you notice the builders have damaged the wall, and see what they say.0 -

Party Wall Agreement.
If the work hasn't started how have they caused damage?0 -

The are suggests it's not in place and work hasn't started.
Maybe he'll clarify.0 -
Did your neighbours give you a party wall notice? It’s supposed to be served two months before work begins.
I very much suspect your neighbours have no intention of signing a party wall agreement. They’ve already started without one!0
