Gig cancelled - refund entitlements

Hi,
Wondering if you could help me out with a query.
Basically, I ordered Peter Kay tickets on my credit card & he has now had to cancel the tour for personal reasons.
I've looked at the terms on Ticketline.co.uk where I purchased the tickets and it states:
If an event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if there are significant changes to the event, namely a change of the headline act or venue and you no longer want to go to the event. In these circumstances we will only refund the face value of the ticket(s) to the card that was used to pay for them, as they are circumstances beyond our control and lead to us incurring further costs and charges.
It sounds like they won't be planning on refunding the £5.56 booking fee and the £2.20 shipment fee just the face value of the tickets. If this is the case, could you tell me if this is legal?
I haven't received the tickets yet and they've not been shipped & as stated earlier I've paid on credit card.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I see this on the website:Full refunds, inclusive of booking fees and transaction fees will be processed from Wednesday 13th December and returned to the card that was used for the original purchase. This may take up to 7 working days to show in your account.
