Hi,
I'm looking for advice.
I and my friends booked tickets to an event based on the original advert for it.
It's a big weekend event with upto 40 performers.
Since booking 28 of the performers have pulled out due to the organisers poor handling of the event including accusations of embezzlement.
The tickets themselves state no refund but as it is no longer as advertised can we get a refund under not providing what was advertised?

Youve posted their caveat in your post.
"Its a big weekend event with upto 40 performers"
Its not usually the easiest thing getting money back off events. Have you asked the event organisers for a refund?0 -

The website shows 40 as an absolute Adding the upto was my mistake.
They're also advertising 2 headliners still that have confirmed that they are not attending
