sorry to bump, but where do you enter your email ? I haven't done any of their comps before nor am I registered ? Thanks

Edit-when I refreshed it gave me the option on the video itself to enter my email before playing.

That's for commenting on the page and nothing to do with entering the competition.
You enter your e-mail address before starting the video - if you have entered one of their previous competitions you may not need to do anything apart from watch the video - to see where the box should be if you open the link in incognito or inprivate mode the box to enter your e-mail address should appear regardless of whether you have entered one of their competitions before or not.
