I was appealing on behalf of a relative who had a parking fine while Xmas shopping at Bletchley (Milton Keynes) where there is a collection of shops that share a car park. I had used the form from the guide, copy + pasting it exactly as described. It seems absolutely crazy to me that while high street retail is dying a slow death, landlords operate such aggressive parking fine strategies. Utterly short sighted and will only contribute to their demise as Amazon et al takeover.
