First Plus PPI claim

Hi, I am looking to do a ppi reclaim for a First plus loan, I know these have been sold off to elderbridge but it was initially sold to me via freedom finance.

Who should I raise the claim with ?

Thanks in advance

Neil

You complain to whoever sold it to you, so that would be Freedom finance. However, if it was sold prior to 2005, they weren't regulated.

If it was on or after 14th Jan 2005, you can go the FSCS.
Before that date they were not regulated as taff said.

Shame really if it was before 05 as this was the most mis sold and redress paid for this insurance from these second charge lenders.
