Tesco refuse use of Resolver

Trying to use Resolver for Plevin claim against Tesco, but they say they won't accept claims using Resolver. Anyone else found this ?

There's no reason why you should use a third party, deal with them directly.
Please be careful whp you are sharing your personal data with. Resolver is fine but you shouldn't be giving out information to third parties for no good reason.0 -

Most firms are not on resolver. Resolver is a marketing tool that uses complaints as a reason to get consumer data and sell it on aggregated.
