Nationwide and firefox

Has anyone else had problems with Nationwide online banking using firefox, I have had a few things that have not worked, specifically opening a FlexDirect account, I tried quite a few times over 2 days with no success, I then tried using Edge and it went straight through.
Just to compound it all I have just been on to the Nationwide again and was asked to fill in the survey which also would not work:(

I just logged on now using Firefox. I think the problem may be at your end.urs sinserly,

Firefox all up to date, I only noticed when applying for a new account, everything else seems to work OK.
I just wondered if anybody else had noticed problems.If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you!0
