Hot radiators upstairs down cold

Hi, moved into our new home recently and past few weeks we have noticed the pressure on boiler creeps up daily, when one of the radiators is bled slightly the pressure reduces.
Past few days upstairs has been warm and all radiators hot but downstairs luke warm.
I have today after googling turned all upstairs off and the downstairs got hot
The boiler is a vaillanf ecotec plus. All pipes are tiny thin and old style radiators.
Anyone got any advice on how to fix or what the issue is??

The system either wants balancing or it’s restricted. Balance the system and see where you are then.0
