Have Ebico packed up?

Prices might be the same, but the costs each customer pays will be different.
Perhaps for someone who has the same consumption levels as you, but other people may well be enjoying the cheapest deal provided by Ebico. We'll have to wait and see what happens to their prices in future, but since you aren't an Ebico customer then for you we know for sure that it won't be a case of "Bye-bye Ebico. Have a great life".
As there is no set definition of what a 'low user' is, then there are going to be a lot of variables. Some people think they are a low user, but aren't. I am a low user and have been with Ebico for four years. I don't listen to doom and gloom gossip, I base my decisions on the here and now, and the bottom line of my quarterly bills. The figure I pay is all I am concerned with. I am not tied in, I can change at any time.
