My son isn't able to access his UC account as he needs to reset his pin, but no one has any idea how to do it, even the job centre say they don't know,
Has anyone here been through this? or anyone from the benefits office on here
He has been allocated a housing association flat but has to prove he is on UC he has only just gone onto this but cant prove it without his pin no
It is ridiculous that no one at the job centre know
