NEW PPI claim rules

I have had a letter from Lloyds saying that they had previously upheld a claim of mine but due to new FSA rules, I can make a new complaint on the basis that the commission taken for the sale was too high, 50% that of the loan in some cases.
Had anyone else had this letter or similar from Lloyd’s or any other financial institutions?
Has anyone made this new claim yet? And if yes, what success have you had?
Thank You,
Neil.

FSA = food standards agency. You mean FCA.
Plevin only applies to unsuccessful complaints or complaints where comparative redress may have been used.
If your complaint received a full redress payment previously, then you are not entitled to a further payment under Plevin.Has anyone made this new claim yet? And if yes, what success have you had?
Loads of people with rejected complaints are getting redress. No-one with a full redress payment previously has been paid out.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
