Hi everyone,
I have received a PCN for parking outside of a bay at my work car park. I parked here because I see one of the company vans park there almost every day. I rang the internal car parking team who just fobbed me off and said I can appeal directly to CEL.
Any ideas how I can get out of this?!
Thanks
Kelly

have a look at my Admiral thread, that might give you some ideas. I know of 3 others who have followed it and had the pcns cancelled.
the good news is that if you put up a solid defence, CEL don't bother going to court and discontinue (eventually, after making you jump through a few hoops)Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. I accept no liability for the accuracy of any such posts and users are advised that, if they wish to obtain formal legal advice specific to their case, they must seek instruct and pay a solicitor.0 -

Please can you link to this Admiral thread?
If you click on a person's username, you can view their posts and not rely on links.
I realise it's been provided but providing links to newbies doesn't help the newbie use the forum & hop around finding things, in the way that will help you best, over time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
