Bank error in my favor? What to do?

Hello so just checked my online banking as I was due some payments coming in and when I checked my account someone has made a payment for £87,564
From what I can tell it's a personal bank transfer and just says the senders last name
What do I do about this as never happened before do I just leave it alone and hope they take it away or shall I contact them and request them to remove it?
I'm pretty sure I would know if I was due to receive that much money :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Or do I have a merry Christmas
Im joking I wouldn't do that haha

Whatever you do, don't send it to anyone claiming they paid it to you in error, that's a well known fraud. Let the banks handle it.Eco Miser

Go in person to your Bank. Deal only with someone you recognise, who has experience of your account.
See a timed+dated r!sum! entry to be recorded on your account history.
This should happen anyway.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

In fact don't return it at all. Let the bank deal with it.0 -

...which is unnecessary, dunstonh, as comment and incorrect in fact.
NatWest Nmkt customers prize the staff in branch. I'm sorry if you do not have this option.
Love their app, too.
