Heard you can claim back these payments made over the years if you have never used any features. Is this correct? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Yes, phone or write to them, tell them you didnt use any of the features.

Is there a template I should use?
Also - I defaulted on one account due to it being an old account at at old address and the MINUS figure was due to these monthly payments. Should that come off the CRA?
