Hi, my husband and I were missold ppi by Oceans finance but do not know who they are registered to so we can claim. They don't appear on the reclaim drop-down on Martin's site. Can anyone please help? Thanks T

They were called "Ocean Finance", but they ceased trading. If you purchased PPI from them after January 2005, you may have luck with FSCS. Otherwise, it's game over.
You don't need to use Resolver.0
