Yes i completely understand that but there was no new cash going through nor any redemptions. There was only my initial deposit half of which was sitting in investments. Like people have said i think they were just fishing to see if i was worth keeping as a client.

I was merely answering your question as to whether they had the legal right to ask. I wasn’t commenting on your particular case. I should have made that clearer.
