upstairs neighbors broke my boiler!!!

hi, i have been experiencing some nasty troubles with my upstairs neighbors AGAIN!!!
last year they were making so much noise during the night we had to call the authorities to ask them to stop. and this time water keeps falling from their flat directly inside our boiler, it even destroyed the ceiling. and everytime we ask them where the water is coming from they claim they do not know and one of them even suggested it came from our place...:mad::mad: after we called for the boiler to be fixed 5 times, they let water fall again. this time we were prepared we took pictures and called the housing association to come and see for themselves since they started to blame us... (and that was at 12:00am at night!!!)... we finally found out where the water is coming from........ *drums* .... *more drums* from their washing machine and they knew it all along and the plumber who came to investigate found the husband cleaning water from the floor ...:mad: ........... yes people can be that nasty, we stayed without hot water or heating for a total of 1 month while they were cosy and did nothing to stop it...
now that they were found out, it does not feel right to let them go without doing anything but i am not quite sure what to do?????
advice are welcome thanks!!

get cost of replacement/repairs and claim against their insurers.if they do not have any claim against their landlordBefore you point fingers, make sure your hands are clean !;)0

we cannot do that because we both rent from the same housing association .. and we are still waiting for the boiler to be fixed...
*sigh*
anything other solutions?
i am thinking of a formal complaint to the council against both the neighbor and the association (since they are not doing anything and the ceiling is still damaged)??0 -
If water is coming through from their property into yours it must also surely be damaging the fabric of a Housing Association owned property, as well as I assume a HA owned boiler. Something similar happened to my Mum-in-law in a council house and the council got involved in a flash because it costs them £££ to leave things to get worse. I can't understand why they won't do something. I'd harass the HA until they get involved. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

the boiler and the heating is finally working, and i spent the whole saturday with a serious bubble bath and a lot of pampering... ah that was nice... the only thing that still bothers me is that we spent 1 whole month without a working boiler and we still have no guaranties the neighbors will not do that again??? *sigh*
but i am planning to personnaly go see the association and discuss my situation...0
