hsbc put money in but its not there

hiya all, can sum1 please help me. i went to put £80 in my boyfreinds account on friday. i was approched by sum1 that worked there to see if i wanted to use the paying in machine. as the bank was busy i said yes. i hadnt used it before, but the woman said it would go in sat morning. i have just checked on online banking its not gone in! what can i do?
savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:

Check again later. If it still doesn't go in or takes a couple of days then go and complain, particularly if your b/f incurs charges as a result.
Remember if you paid in a cheque it will take several days to clear.

he is now overdrawn because of it so yes he will be getting charged. they should sat its going to clear for the next day if it isnt. it was cash so it should of been in the account.savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:
