Smart Parking pcn, need help with sending them letter. :(

Hello. Today i get a letter from smart parking with pcn. I was parking on Lifeboat Quay parking lot in Poole. I was on that parking from 20.22 to 22.32. In that time i was on gym where is tablet to register 2 hours free parking for members. The thing is I had to put there my name and registration number of car. From forum i know that is possible to avoid that if they dont know who was driving the car. I`m not sure if I put my name and lastname once in system connecting it with my car plates. Probably not in that time when i had"earned" charge.. Thereis a chance for me to win that case and not paying that fine? I would like to avoid paying 45 in first two weeks or 90 pounds after this period! Please help me. Sorry for my english skills. 😣😣😣

edit the above to say that THE DRIVER parked there etc

so no "ME , MYSELF & I" in your post

what happened on the day happened to THE DRIVER of the vehicle

what happened SINCE that day happened to the KEEPER of the vegicle

so stay as KEEPER for now

then read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum

send them the blue text template for now, no alterations

Even if you gave your name in the Gym's tablet, that doesn't prove that you parked the car, you could very easily have been the passenger.

This is easy to win at POPLA, so submit the NEWBIES thread BPA template appeal as registered keeper.

Send the blue template appeal without change - except for adding your PCN number of course.

What i should do later? They want my name and other informations.
In boxes to place my details, adress etc. I have to put my true details?

They already know your name and address - they wrote to you - remember?

Don't be shy, give them all the information they require - except do not name the driver.

Make sure that any drop down box does not indicate that you are appealing as the driver.
