I wonder if it is unique to an email as I got an email earlier and clicked the link and it only asked me which hotel I wanted to stay and it had my email and details in the link.

It is on their website https://www.travelodge.co.uk/blog/news/click-and-win/, but only the November one which is now closed. It does say to click on the link they provide on the page or via the email they sent, but clicking on the page link goes back to the November competition. Hopefully it will be updated with the December one soon!

Your first name and email address come from the email you receive and become part of the URL. You could try copying the URL below replacing the items in red with your own details. Note that "@" in the email must be replaced with "%40"
