Failed security check with Experian for accessing my credit file with them

A few weeks ago I joined Experian to view my credit file with them. They said they'd have to send out a pin as they couldn't verify who I was. Pin never arrived and now I'm a week off the free trial ending. I called them up and somehow failed the security check on the phone too! All the details I provided were correct, so I'm confused.

How do I go about accessing my credit file with them?

All the lady on the phone suggested was calling again to try,
To pas the security questions, but that's pointless as they must have some incorrect information, and I don't know what it is.

Also, I've been told they won't take the money from after the free trial unless I have logged in properly during the free trial period, is this right? I can't even cancel my membership.
