A relative bought my son a Nerf gun for his birthday, but unfortunately it was faulty and didn't reload properly.

Rather than having to contact the person who sent him the present, I thought I would first try and contact the manufacturer Hasbro.

They replied quickly, asking for further details, serial number, a photo etc... which I gave them, then a week later a replacement turned up in the post!

Fabulous customer service! Very impressed! :D

(And one very happy boy!)
