So she's named people in a will specifically to give them nowt,......... seems a bit callous.
How can you make that call when you don't know the background and facts. Ultimately everyone of sound mind can decide where they assets go to; the fact that she has made reference to it in the not that recent will, indicates it is thought out decision.0 -

Thanks for the replies, I'll be talking to her about this in more detail and probably see the wording and go from there. As for Konark's contribution of 'callous' I believe placing individual names into the will was more of a precaution in case they came out of the woodwork claiming this that and the other at a later date and therefore she was only doing so to make sure her wishes were carried out as she wanted and was only following her legal representatives guidelines. And it was definitely not done to poke two fingers up to anyone!
