UKPC parking ticket - left site

Hi
I have read through a lot of the posts before asking for help but can't find an answer, so huge apologies if this duplicates.
I received a parking ticket in a retail park saying 'vehicle owner/driver left the site'.
This is true, I did pop off the site briefly but returned and shopped in the complex (I have a receipt).
It is a new thing there that you cannot pop off site - one of the shop assistants said that they had recently changed the sign to incorporate some small print about going off site and lots of people had been caught out (she mentioned it was having an impact on their trade).
The template appeal letters I have read don't mention going off site and do say you shouldn't admit being the driver. I can appeal with a receipt saying I was shopping there, but then I'd admit being the driver? So I'm not sure what best to do or what basis to appeal on?
I have just received a Notice to Keeper in the post so any advice gratefully received! Thanks :-(

Use the template as it is.
Always use the driver did this or that, never use I, me etc and at the bottom of the appeal say a copy of the receipt is enclosed.
Try the retailer to see if they will cancel first, Use the driver when talking/emailing to them.
A more experienced member will add more if required.
Please edit your post to state the driver.“You’re only here for a short visit.
Don’t hurry, don't worry and be sure to smell the flowers along the way.”Walter Hagen

edit post #1 as mentioned above
what happened on the day happened to THE DRIVER
what has happened since has happened to the KEEPER
use the blue text template and appeal as KEEPER
add a copy of the receipt to prove patronage from AN OCCUPANT of the vehicle
no mentioning who went off site or why
no mentioning who was driving on the day
the aim is to get a cancellation (unlikely) or a popla code
complain as an occupant of the vehicle to the landowner or Mnaging Agent with proof of patronage
being an occupant of the vehicle does not mean dobbing the driver in, there could have been 3 people in the vehicle and only one going off site
the driver , the keeper , the shopper , or two shoppers
going off site is always a hard one for them to prove0 -

Lucy, see your quote above, kindly xxxxx your comments
as shown.
These scammers read this forum OK
UKPC are well known scammers, they were banned from
the DVLA for 3 months for FAKING PICTURES
You will have to ask the DVLA why they let these scammers
continue ?
Anyway, THE SMALL PRINT IS VITAL, we all know about
the problems with small print ?
UKPC are a BPA member and they must not be using small print
How they can prove a person left the site NEEDS PROVING
Has UKPC turned predators, well they often come up with
this rubbish but unless they have 100% proof, their fake
ticket is worthless.
So, UKPC, prove the keeper left the site.

UK Parking Control continue to issue fraudulent tickets

Ask them for proof, we would like to know what rubbish
UKPC come up with
In the meantine, you have a receipt so complain to the
CEO of the retailer, explain the scam and request
it is cancelled0 -
I have just received a Notice to Keeper in the post.
I wish you hadn't waited for that. Should have appealed 3/4 weeks after the windscreen PCN, now you have less scope at POPLA stage, where UKPC are normally easy to beat because they forget to issue a NTK.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
