Coventry - Dog friendly accommodation

Can anyone recommend dog friendly accommodation please in the Coventry area for a couple of nights. Preferably not too expensive - b&b, Hotel, air b&b etc

I remember reading that Travelodge hotels allow dogs but you have to pay extra as they as they need to do a deep clean so it does not affect future guests with allergies to dog hair. We stayed at the Travelodge Coventry Binley and it had nice staff, was clean , with a big car park and a Toby Carvery in front of the hotel for a cheap breakfast (dont have a dog).0
