Confused as to when my service will become "live"

Morning all!

Been with plusnet for a few months now just for broadband and phone (normal broadband)
We had Sky Q for the TV which was a pain in the butt tbh...kept glitching all the time to a point where we had to keep rebooting the damn thing several times a day 😡 not to mention being extortionate!

So ive cancelled Sky and signed up with plusnet for You View. Got my YouView box and new router as ive had to upgrade to fibre broadband to be able to use youview.

Plusnet sent me a text saying my go live is the 15th Dec but on my online portal it says fibre broadband is ready to use.

When i looked into this it says new orders from new plusnet customers can take up to 10 working days to go live but if you're just upgrading it can be a lot quicker. However the text says i cant connect until the 15th.

Any ideas?
