Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES which tells you how to deal with this. Please start your own thread if you need further help, not hijack someone else's thread.

    Hi
I ignored a horizon parking charge and have now received a letter from zenith collections. Can anyone advise whether i should ignore this also or do i need to write to them, if so what should i put in my letter? Sainsbury store was closed when i parked there but not sure if this makes any difference
    Thanks

Everyone knows 'Zenith' are in fact Debt Recovery Plus (easy to Google). Ignore them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Seems like yet another Horizon ANPR erroneous charge. I need the e-mail address to challenge the allegation. It appears that my wife's car visited Sainsburys twice on 30 September (she or I driving) but the ANPR as logged an am entry but no am exit then a pm exit but no pm entry.  The car was elsewhere  ie over a mile away for my wife's 10.00am hairdressers appointment and parked on our drive at 1100am when she entertained three friends for coffee.

You seem to have accidentally selected a thread from 2017 to post on, whilst the correct route was to read the NEWBIE sticky and then start a new thread.  The best way, Plan A (as you will see when you read the NEWBIE sticky) is to complain politely yet strongly to the CEO of Sainsburys and ask him/her if he/she is happy that Horizon is chasing away all their customers.
