Barclays AD CVR

Hi

I have been browsing here for a while but not joined til now.

I have been going through bank statements after doing a SAR to my old bank and come across something called Barclays AD CVR.

I have no idea what this is. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have called Barclays and even they do not know. This goes back to 2001. They suggested I go to my local branch to find out (even though the account is closed).

I feel (like with everything relating to Barclays), I am being fobbed off.

I would appreciate any help anyone could give on this please.

Thank you. I found that since posting here. When I'd searched before, I'd just searched on AD CVR which brought up nothing. Didn't have a clue I even had this!

If you propose to complain on the basis that you've forgotten taking out accident insurance 16 years ago I don't think you'll have any success I'm afraid..
