I have had this via Barclays and used for over 10 years on Monday I requested renewal entering my banking membership number and got an email back saying I will shortly be getting an acitvation code in past years this has been in minutes.
I still have not got my code!
What do I do now I need to renew speaking to Barclays they appear not to have a clue what to do?
I am an existing user of many years
Can I continue with no protection?
What other alternatives are there?
