Where to park in Worcester

Options
I have a night out in Worcester I have agreed I would go to, Im looking for best or nearest place to park, there's a few places to eat not far from the Worcester Whitehouse hotel.

I have used the multi storey at Crowngate Shopping Centre before but was wonderingif anyone had any ideas of parking thats closer to the city ?

There's free roadside parking in Tything and Upper Tything at night, I think it's from 5.30pm onwards, you can sometimes find a space there, or Brittania Square is about a 5 minute walk away and has free roadside parking too, though read the signs carefully as some areas are residents parking only. I can't think of a car park close to the Whitehouse Hotel, maybe Cattle Market is a bit nearer than Crowngate?

    Thanks for the reply.

Apperently we're going to Grill and flames world buffet.

Theres the Asda nearby but dont know if they lock the car park at night, there is another car nearby too according to Google Maps.
  • Cornmarket car park is probably the closest to Grill & Flames

Cornmarket car park is indeed the nearest, but it's only small, about 80 spaces and you can't always get parked there, so it wouldn't be my first choice. I've never used the Asda car park so can't comment, but I wouldn't say it's any nearer than Cattlemarket or Crowngate. In fact, even the car parks by the river are only a few minutes walk to Flames.
What about the people you're meeting up with, where will they be parking?

But only if the river isn't likely to flood, I've seen many a deluged car down by the river.
