Thanks all for the replies and advice. Decision has not yet been finally made. However, I will purchase my current car (higher mileage) provided the problem with the clutch is fixed. Sod's law! As I come to consider buying it, it's developed a problem whereby from a standing start it judders on engaging the clutch. IF this is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and they can fix it - I'll buy it.0

Neither, the 30k mile one for less than £14k on autotrader or the 60k mile one for the same amount but a better spec.
