    I'm not sure, as I parked in a million car parks while in Cornwall, I am assuming it was 2hours, for £3 so that would be an overstay of 45mins give or take

    I wasn't sure and everything I looked at said 5 days and not 5 working days

    If someone could confirm this then yes that would give me until Monday to sort a defence.

    You don't need that confirmation.
    Right or wrong, get a defence sent to that email address before Monday morning.

    It's 5 days plus 28, = 33 days and NO MORE.

    I suggest you delete the line in your OP that has the word 'Cornwall' in it. Don't ask why, just remove the line.
