Economy Energy Online Saver Tariff
I have just signed up for the 'Online Saver' tariff with Economy Energy. Confirmation paperwork has just come through the post which states:
Tariff ends on - 4/12/18
Price guaranteed until - 2/1/18
Surely if I have signed up to this tariff for 1 year (with an exit fee) the price should stay the same for that year? Can anyone help me with an explanation. I have emailed Economy Energy but they usually take so long to answer that I thought I would try here. Thanks
