Hot Water Pressure

I have just had a new bath fitted and the hot water pressure is rather poor (but wasn't previously)
I have had 15mm push fit ISO valves (which are fully open)attached to both feeds where previously there wasn't any.
On the old baths hot pipe was a 15mm to 22mm converter which then had a flexi hose connected to the 22mm tap fitting.
When the new hot feed was connected its just a 15mm push fit flexi with a 22mm tap fitting.
What is the main issue for my now poor water pressure on the hot tap. Is it the ISO valves or that there is now no 15mm to 22mm converter?

Sure its not the tap its self? Some are not rated for low flow.0

Is this a mains cold water, tank hot water set up?
We ended up putting a single input/output pump in our kitchen so we could use our chosen tap.
Same for me gravity hot water and mains cold, did everything my self when changing the kitchen and never even realised the tap would be an issue.
Ended up putting a rather beefy single pump on the outlet from my hot water tank so all the hot water in the house is 2.0 bar now.0 -

that would have been a better solution to my issue, but the old owners had put pumps in the bathrooms already, so only the wc and kitchen were low pressure, and I didnt want to rip out the 2 old pumps and re plumb (the wife wanted the kitchen tap sorted same day)... so now I've got 3 pumps!0
