am after a fast, tower PC to get me out of trouble for a year, whats the best on the market for under £200 please? Ideally from somewhere with next day delivery (or a local store for collection)

Just get a cheapie and stick an SSD within.
By now, you should know how to do these simple tasks. Otherwise you end up paying way over the odds.
