  • I am visiting the practice again in the new year and will be meeting with the practice manager again, on a separate issue. But will be making a formal complaint regarding this.

    But I am hoping this is the end of the saga.

    Just an update, I logged on to CEL's appeal page this morning, and the amount I "owe" is 0.00!

  • Hmmm. That is a good point. Surely I am in my right to ask them to remove my data from their systems. I will check again after Christmas. If it does remain on their system, what route should I go down to tell them to remove my data? As id imagine they would be the type to resurface something like this in years down the line...

    You could email and warn the to remove your data or you will complain to the Information Commissioner.
