PCNs issued on wrong road?

Seems like they are now only pursuing one, I got an apology/cancellation for the first two, but IIRC that was for a discrepancy on the NTK.You are right.
Unless it's £80 total for all three - that might be worth considering - but only if you were parked on private land.
Yes. Sorry, I've been corresponding in his name (with his approval) as whenever he receives tickets like this he just pays up. I really should have made that distinction upfront. I think if I'm going to fight the issue I need to make sure I'm doing so in my name, so I think I will help him draft a letter to name me.So all the way through this thread, where you have mentioned 'I' you actually meant your father?
E.g. it was your father who received all the NTKs.
The difficult bit might be that if any court case does take place, then your father would be the defendant unless he takes action before then and names the driver.
I make no comment on whether that is the right thing to do or not.
I have now determined from the boundary data that I was parked on private land - but the signposting, change in road surface and painted lines are so misleading. To @muleskinner's point, there's no way a driver would know that that short stretch of road is private. You need to determine whether the parking was on a public road or not.
That is crucial.
Assuming now that my father names me as the driver, I should wait for a letter before claim?0 -
Even if this is found to be a prevate road, UKPC are fraudsters
http://parliamentlive.tv/event/index/2f0384f2-eba5-4fff-ab07-cf24b6a22918?in=12:49:41
so treat them with total disrespect anyway.

and then complain about them in the strongest terms to your MP, with a bit of lick they should be out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
If Dad names you as driver, make sure he gives your postal address too, and reminds UKPC that this information means he has discharged any liability, under the POFA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
