Elderly relative signed up to 55 month business contract

I would move into the elderly relatives property and change to a new supplier in your name with a switching website to start with and then worry about the old supplier 21 days later at your leisure.0

So here is the update
This has proved a nightmare.
I quickly got relative to contact them and agree to me speaking with the company. And also subsequently got a POA which was a pleasant surprise as I thought it might be a struggle.
The company were still difficult to deal with and threats of the regulator, mis-selling, and even a 'notice before action' seemed to have no impact other than for people to promise things that then didn't happen.
Social media seemed to work and at least I had a named contact who replied (they clearly have someone watching the sites).
It is nearly sorted now. We have switched in the last week. Taken since early December.
Thing is that of course being on a 'business tariff', apart from being on 5.5p per KWH and tied into 55 months also attracted 20% VAT and the climate change levy.
They have offered £75 compensation.
What chance is there to get the VAT back, and from whom?0
