1 x Jumbo Peanut (great for Mid – Lower back)
1 x Lacrosse Ball
1 x Massage stick
1 x 20″ Latex Resistance Band (4-23kg resistance)

If anyone is looking for a book win, there are quite a few ending in 2-3 days on Goodreads that look like a good read, with only a few hundred entries but they are giving away 10-30 copies - some signed too.
