    Ah yes the newt's preferences. Basically you need to persuade the newt that whatever you have won is something she would like. So gin and chocolate easy; 147 piece tool kit harder but if you can make it sound like she would want it you can count it.

    I love the idea of prizes being ritually offered to The Newt.

    I think this should become a formal process conducted with due ceremony...

    Totally agree. The newt has got an outfit that she could wear for it. Think Elizabeth Taylor as Cleopatra.

    Maybe wait til then, light a few candles, burn some incense and make an offering of the decoupage....?
