lloyds bank refunded credit card interest

Hi all
I have just received a cheque from lloyds bank for interest charged on a credit card account after i went into a DMP with Step Change in 2013. Hopefully if anyone else had this situation either speak to the bank or there may be a cheque already in the post. It seems that lloyds are facing up to their responsibilities.

No i just received it through the post but i think that they have had a policy change so perhaps a complaint with all the relevant details to customer services may produce the desired result as i did complain at the time but it fell on deaf ears. I really had to put my foot down with them at the time as they were being difficult as there has been a few post on the forum about how difficult lloyds was to deal with back then . see my thread from back then

hi just to give you some information,started dmp with stepchange in 2009.lloyds cc kept on charging interest for months .

Have you a contact number ?for lloyds as you there are so many numbers
they seemed to change all the time
