Had fun with this yesterday. The Johnsons baby wipes are BOGOF, I suspected that I wouldn't get the 100 clubcard points but thought I'd give it a go and bought 2 pots of talc as well. Sure enough it didn't go through the till on the 4 packs I bought so I went over to CS. Explained that I hadn't been credited with the 200 points and she said " maybe you're only allowed 1 per transaction?" I quibbled this and she went off to check the signage. She came back refunded me the price and put them through the till again, but no points. So she manually added the 200 points for me, what a helpful lady! :T

I don't know where HP5 or HP21 is but if its Haslingden, don't bother. I went in on Sunday and 2 jobsworths, one the Duty Manager, said that I could only have a maximum of 2. If Tescos have an offer on, they should honour it and not limit the products. It makes good business sense to ensure that they have enough stock to satisfy demand.

Thanks OP .I just got 1840 points on a £40.47 spend (practically all johnsons) .I usually dont buy johnsons stuff, even though its best as its so pricey so thats great.Im over the moon. I always choose my cashier carefully(young lad or old lady) so they don't even flicker an eyelid!

We always neede talc in the nusing home i worked in so that is another idea about where to give it to.

Good idea, I think I will donate some to local old peoples homes and possibly sell the rest at a carboot. My kitchen table has been taken over by johnsons products, I've got loads. My target is to go to America with the points, so a few more to get I think!!

Can this be done online ? and do the points update to show exactly how many you will be getting before you checkout ?.

Edit, so if I buy 8 johnson talcs , i'd get 400 extra points ?

Gave a very large amount of Talc to Marie Curie shop today. They were very happy to take it and I was very happy to get them out of the back of my car

Do they definately honour the clubcard points , even if i get £100 in vouchers(£400 in points). Would they definately give it to me?

Did they last time in the beef in gravy 100 point deal.Anyone had experience with this sort of thing, as i dont want to be stuck with loads of talc and no points as they say tough luck.
