Not from them but I won a £500 Amazon voucher from another survey site (via swagbucks) just before Christmas, my biggest survey reward yet (I don't count anything from a survey site as a competition win)0

Got an e-mail they were up and running and the site looks ok now0 -
Really lost faith with them now (hence discovering this thread) and am going to sack them off.
I have completed their surveys most days for well over 10 years. I don't think that I have won anything at all this year. I have even started entering the prize draws because I had 140,000+ points. I am now down to 80,000 or so and intend to just use them all and leave.
The winners list needs to have some other identifying information. Most other companies manage to do it.
I have also emailed them 3 times with a simple query and not they have not even acknowledged my question.
I don't know what has happened to them but I do not trust them anymore and I have had enough.0 -

I used to get far more from them before they changed to the bronze/silver/gold rewards and the surveys ran as theirs instead of the other site that pays in "shells" and does not say what you will get at the start.
I really do not like the layout for recording what has been watched and it is as much for that as the lack of rewards that I often do not bother with them now or at most do one or two in a week - I do not get tempted by their frequent "double" points or other offers.0 -
I sacked them about a month ago for similar reasons. I've been doing their surveys for years and have won lots of small cash prizes, and an Amazon Fire Stick. But then I had a problem in cashing in my rewards. I emailed them a few times, and eventually got my reward thing sorted, but I'd lost faith in them by then, so have quit. Wish they would see this thread.

Why do they even send out a link to the list of "winners" / random / fake names  if "you'll have received an email from us if you won."
Also, what is the point of double point events? If everybody gets double points then you are all still in the same position relative to each other.0 -
They have a daft idea about their draws as well
400 points for 60 chances to win £5 but 800 points for only 30 chances to win £10 - they should either charge 400 points for 30 x £10 or offer 60 x £10 for 800 points.
(I did win £1 a couple of days ago)0 -
I have decided to stop doing these so am away to use my 100,000 plus points to enter the current draws. Another stupid thing they have is you can only enter 1000 points at a time. Surely they could change this so I could say enter 100 draws at a time rather than have to click over 100 times to use all my points :mad:The best things in life are free.....0

I only ever seem to win when I do one or two surveys a week! Had quite a few £1 wins.0
